1. Add a photo

   A plain phone snap on a table is exactly right. We look at it straight away and tell you what we can see. A soft, dim or cluttered photo still renders. A photo with no product we can make out is refused, and that costs you nothing.

2. We say what we see, then you tell us where to send it

   You will see our reading of your product before you spend anything. If we have it wrong, that is worth knowing now. We photograph the side you photographed. Tilt, skew and camera angle are corrected, which is what a photographer does before shooting. The object is never turned, because we would be inventing a side you never showed us.

   Where should we keep this? We will not email you anything you did not ask for.

   Yes, email me the image Pedesta makes from this photo, and the occasional note about what it can do. Two or three emails at most, and one click stops them.

3. Say what this shoot is for

   A few questions, already answered with sensible defaults. Some of them only appear because of what was in your photo. We cannot put your product on a person. On-model and in-hand are off, and a photo whose subject is a living person is refused. If your catalogue is apparel on a model, this is not the tool for that today. Anything cut off by the edge of your photo has to be invented, and no check on the result can catch that, because it was never in the file.

4. Get credits

   One credit per image, two free tweaks on each, then a tweak costs a credit. A render that fails costs you nothing and the credit comes back on its own. You do not have to ask.

5. Make the image

   Your photo, art directed, checked layer by layer before it reaches you. Someone else's brand in the frame is refused; your own label is fine. We add no text or watermarks. Your images are kept twelve months and then deleted.
