Pedesta generates product photographs from photographs you upload. You buy credits. One credit produces one image. Credits are spent only when an image is generated. Credits do not expire.
Prices are shown in United States dollars and are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase. Dodo Payments Inc. is the merchant of record and the seller for your purchase. Dodo Payments Inc. handles payment, invoicing and tax, and your receipt comes from them. Alomooi (Pty) Ltd supplies the service and licenses it to you.
Your purchase is also governed by Dodo Payments Inc. buyer terms, which you accept at checkout.
You may upload only images you own or are licensed to use. Do not upload images of identifiable people without their permission, or content that is unlawful.
You keep all rights in the images you upload and in the images Pedesta generates from them. You may use generated images commercially. We store your images to provide the service and to investigate failures, and we do not sell them or use them to train models.
Credits do not expire. A credit is spent only when an image is generated.
If a generation fails, the credit is not spent. If a credit has been deducted for an image that was never delivered, the credit is restored automatically. You do not need to ask.
If an image is delivered but falls short of what we describe on this site, tell us what happened and give us your order number. Where the complaint is justified, we restore the credits.
If you simply change your mind after buying, your credits remain on your account and never expire, so nothing is lost. We do not refund unused credits on request.
Refunds of money are decided by Dodo Payments Inc. as the seller of record, under their buyer terms, and are at their discretion.
Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
Pedesta produces images automatically and results vary with the photograph you supply. We do not guarantee that any particular image will meet your expectations.
We may suspend an account that breaches clause 4.
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
The credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel: you buy credits once, they never expire, and you are not charged again unless you buy again.
If a subscription tier is offered in future, it can be cancelled at any time, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not charged after cancelling.
You may not use Pedesta to create sexual, explicit or adult material, to alter any person's face or likeness, or to produce images that misrepresent a product. Our full Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. We screen uploads and instructions, refuse requests that breach this clause, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt prohibited content without refund.
Pedesta is built on third-party AI models, including services from fal.ai and Anthropic. Images are generated by those models under Pedesta's own instructions and quality controls.
