Pedesta generates product photographs from photographs you upload. You buy credits. One credit produces one image, at 2K when your photo is big enough and at 1K when it is smaller. A 4K image uses 2 credits and is offered only when your photo is big enough; if it has to be made at a smaller size, 1 credit is returned automatically. Credits are spent only when an image is generated. Credits do not expire.
Prices are shown in United States dollars and are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase. Dodo Payments Inc. is the merchant of record and the seller for your purchase. Dodo Payments Inc. handles payment, invoicing and tax, and your receipt comes from them. Alomooi (Pty) Ltd supplies the service and licenses it to you.
Your purchase is also governed by the Dodo Payments Inc. buyer terms, which you accept at checkout.
Payments in rand from South Africa are received by Alomooi (Pty) Ltd, the seller, through Yoco (Yoco Technologies (Pty) Ltd). A refund of a rand payment goes back through Yoco to the card you paid with, or by bank transfer where a debit card cannot be refunded that way.
You may upload only images you own or are licensed to use. Do not upload images of identifiable people without their permission, or content that is unlawful.
You keep all rights in the images you upload and in the images Pedesta generates from them. You may use generated images commercially. We store your images to provide the service and to investigate failures, and we do not sell them or use them to train models.
Credits do not expire. A credit is spent only when an image is generated.
If a generation fails, the credit is not spent. If a credit has been deducted for an image that was never delivered, the credit is restored automatically. You do not need to ask.
If an image is delivered but falls short of what we describe on this site, tap the thumbs down under the picture and Give me my credit back, or tell us what happened in Help. Where the complaint is justified, we restore the credits.
Not happy with your pictures? Your first pack comes with your money back: within 14 days of buying it, we refund it in full, even if you have used its credits. Tap Get my money back in Settings, or write to hello@pedesta.studio from the address you bought with. This is once per customer, for your first pack only. The pictures you made stay yours, and the pack's unused credits come off your account.
If you change your mind about a later pack: when you have not used any credits from it, we refund it in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it. Write to hello@pedesta.studio from the address you bought with. Apart from your first pack, once a credit from a pack has been used, that pack is not refundable, and its remaining credits stay on your account and never expire.
Refunds of money are issued through Dodo Payments Inc. as the seller of record, to the card you paid with, under their buyer terms. A refund usually reaches your card within 3 to 5 business days.
If something is wrong with a payment, please write to us at hello@pedesta.studio before you contact your bank. A refund we issue is simpler for you than a bank dispute, and under the seller of record's buyer terms a dispute over a legitimate charge can carry a fee.
Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
Pedesta produces images automatically and results vary with the photograph you supply. We do not guarantee that any particular image will meet your expectations.
We may suspend an account that breaches clause 4.
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
The credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel: you buy credits once, they never expire, and you are not charged again unless you buy again.
If a subscription tier is offered in future, it can be cancelled at any time, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not charged after cancelling.
You may not use Pedesta to create sexual, explicit or adult material, to alter any person's face or likeness, or to produce images that misrepresent a product. Our full Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. We screen uploads and instructions, refuse requests that breach this clause, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt prohibited content without refund.
Pedesta is built on third-party AI models, including services from fal.ai and Anthropic. Images are generated by those models under Pedesta's own instructions and quality controls.
