Pedesta creates commercial product photography. You upload photographs of physical products, and Pedesta generates new images of those products for your catalogue, listings and marketing.
Photographs of physical products you own, make, sell, or have the right to photograph and market.
Photographs whose subject is a person. Pedesta is for products, not portraits or headshots. A hand holding your product is fine; a photograph of someone is not.
Products bearing another company's trademarks or branding you do not have the right to use.
Anything unlawful, or anything you do not hold the rights to.
Sexual, explicit or adult content of any kind.
Alteration of any person's face or likeness. Pedesta does not do face swapping, deepfakes, or manipulation of a real person's appearance.
Images that misrepresent a product: features it does not have, contents not included, or a material difference from what you ship.
Every image you upload is screened by a vision model before any credit is spent, and no image reaches generation unscreened. Images whose subject is clearly a person are refused, as are images carrying another company's branding, and content our providers refuse outright. Every instruction you type is screened before it reaches the model. Refusals are recorded with their category and stage. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt prohibited content, without refund.
