Every letter we send you starts with this name. Leave it empty and we use the first name from your payment.
Delete every photo you have uploaded and every image Pedesta has made for you. The files are removed for good and cannot be recovered. Your credits and your purchase history are not affected.
Your first pack comes with your money back within 14 days, even if you used its credits. The pictures you made stay yours, and the pack's unused credits come off your account.
Open this page on the phone or computer you bought on, where you are signed in. Or reply to your receipt email and we will refund it for you.
If you ticked a box beside a result to let Pedesta use it in its ads, or to post it on its Facebook and Instagram, this switches both off again for every result. We stop using them, take down anything still running and delete the posts we made with them. It does not delete your pictures, and it does not affect your credits.
This browser remembers your address and your shoots so you do not have to sign in every time. Forgetting them here deletes nothing on our side, and you can get back in from any browser with the emailed sign in link.
